To meet our customers right where you are, EDTE is your local partner and we are happy to host video conference via MS Teams or Skype or to host conference calls via telephone. Should you prefer another communication platform like GoToMeeting or WebEx or similar system that is also fine, just send us a secure link in a meeting invitation together with the detailed agenda, so we can prepare ourselves.
Going more digital, EDTE will be hosting a webinar around end of May to launch several initiatives, among other this new dedicated Smart Embedded website to be followed by frequent news posts on LinkedIn and Facebook.
We are also warming up to launch the online CEC – Customer Engagement Center, where our distributors can file relevant Customer Inquiry Worksheet information and download other relevant technical documentation and information.
More features will be added to the CEC later, and our aim is to provide relevant information and high service level while remaining our personal touch and human interaction.
