Our Smart Embedded ® Displays include hardware and license free software to drive the touch display panel. Smart Embedded® means fully integrated and highly compact UMI(User Machine Interface) module solutions with multiple, versatile industrial communication ports and interfaces to control and communicate with external sensors and control units in a complete system.
Another significant value
is that our product solutions are designed for long-term business, so customers can rely in our products and the people behind. To underline this, we have a defined end of life (EOL) policy in case a component is obsoleted by one of our vendors and, as a result, affects the availability of an EDT product. With this policy our customers are able to secure continuity of supply for a longer period of time from EOL notification, where we offer three options: Replacement module following a firm and consistent ECN policy – Opportunity to place last time buy order – EOL component sourcing and stocking agreement as lifetime quantity commitment (LQC).
