Including EDT, a total of 14 companies in the park enthusiastically responded to a blood donation event initiated by the Bureau of Industrial Parks. EDT has sponsored 334 exquisite gifts, and a total of 16 colleagues donated blood, with a total of 221 people donating blood and raising a total of 85,000CC. This event demonstrated positive workplace energy and practical corporate citizenship.
The Eden Social Welfare Foundation held the “2026 Children’s Happiness Festival,” and EDT has donated NT$100,000 to sponsor the event, with a variety of interesting content and rich activities, hoping to create an inclusive and friendly growth paradise for all children.
EDT actively supports and organizes corporate visit programs. Upon receiving visit requests, it hosted a total of 32 teachers and students from National Sun Yat-sen University and The Affiliated Senior High School of National Kaohsiung Normal University, helping students develop career awareness and enhance their competitiveness.
In collaboration with the Xiongzan Volunteer Team, EDT held a family beach cleanup event in Cijin, Kaohsiung. A total of 60 employees and their family members took part. A total of about 20 bags were removed, including waste such as fishing nets and plastic ropes, contributing to marine conservation and environmental sustainability. During the event, knowledge on marine conservation, dengue fever prevention, and other environmental and public health issues was shared, enhancing participants’ awareness of ocean and ecological protection.
2025
Nanlong Junior High School launched the “Running Meinong, Food and Agriculture Co-Prosperity” campus marathon certification, and EDT has sponsored the event with a funding of about NT$350,000, with a total of about 1,400 teachers, students, parents and community residents participating. Through the marathon, they can run out of health together, enjoy the field scenery of Meinong, and promote environmental sustainability, making this certification event deeply educational.

EDT called on 92 colleagues to raise a total of NT$100,000 to purchase 420 boxes of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts from the Kaohsiung Autism Foundation and then donate them to the Social Affairs Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government to be passed on to citizens in need of care in response to the subscription of social welfare groups Mid-Autumn Festival gift charity event.
EDT has been invited to participate in the blood donation event hosted by the neighboring company and provided 505 exquisite gifts, including 19 blood donations from colleagues. It attracted 208 people to donate blood, and a total of 73,750 c.c. of blood were donated. We look forward to working with our partners in the industrial park to make a contribution to the society through the participation of public welfare affairs.
The Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts held the exhibition -“Von Wolfe – The Garden Fortress,” the first large-scale solo exhibition in Asia. It showcased a rare fusion of artificial intelligence and traditional oil painting. EDT purchased a total of 170 tickets, sponsoring approximately NT$30,000, and encouraged employees to request tickets and visit the exhibition to promote arts and cultural appreciation.
The “2025 Rotary Cup Charity Road Run” is an ESG-oriented event that focuses on low carbon, care and friendliness, encouraging adults to join hands with children in outdoor sports, so as to experience the sense of achievement from completing the run and the joy of exercise. EDT donated about NT$80,000 to the Rotary Club to promote the sports culture of the whole society and improve the public health.

EDT enthusiastically participates in a blood donation event initiated by the Health Center of Cianjhen Industrial Parks and provides exquisite gifts. A total of 365 people donated blood including 26 EDT’s colleagues, and raising around 130,000CC. EDT has sponsored a total of 556 gifts, hoping to attract more people sharing great love to help others.
Sponsoring the “Nibun Chorus” to participate in the 13th World Choir Games (WCG) held in New Zealand in 2024 with a funding of NT$200,000. The chorus not only won a number of medals in the competition, let the world know about Taiwan, but also encourage rural students to participate in art activities through music, so that local youth can focus on their hometown and give back to their hometown.
EDT purchased a total of NT$50,000 in tickets to sponsor the exhibition –“Capturing the Moment” held by Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, and encouraged employees to request tickets to visit the exhibition to promote art and cultural appreciation.

EDT has donated four air conditioners amounting NT$174,100 to the Cianjhen Branch of the Kaohsiung City Government Fire Department to improve the comfort of the firefighters’ rest environment and comfort the firefighters for their hard work in carrying out various disaster rescue and rescue work.

Since EDT is headquartered in Kaohsiung and attaches great importance to the “biodiversity” (animal and plant restoration plan) in Kaohsiung, EDT has donated NT$50,000 to the “Conservation Project of Pheasant-tailed Jacana in Meinong Lake” of the Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society, and indirectly helped more Pheasant-tailed Jacana to take root in Meinong through the adoption and management of habitats by the Wild Bird Society.
The “2024 Rotary Cup Parent-Child Road Run” is an ESG-oriented event that focuses on low carbon, care and friendliness, encouraging adults to join hands with children in outdoor sports, so as to strengthen the emotional communication between parents and children and shape a happy family. In addition to donating about NT$110,000 to the Rotary Club, the organizer of the event, EDT also participated in the road run with 108 colleagues to promote the sports culture of the whole society and improve the public health.

Road running has become a national sport. EDT donated NT$500 thousand to the Kaohsiung Marathon Federation and expected to promote people’s health through the combination of road running and public welfare.
Donate 83 computers to participate in the ASUS Foundation’s “The Second Life for Computers – Empowering People in Need” activity. Through the assistance of foundation, the recycled PCs with refurbished information are donated to disadvantaged groups, an effort to eliminate the digital gap and to achieve a win-win situation for environmental protection and social welfare at the same time.

Under EDT’s efforts, 112 colleagues raised a total of NT$100,000 to order Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes from the “Kaohsiung Down Syndrome Joy Association“, and donated them to the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, and then the bureau distributed to people in need. This move represents a response to the city government’s public welfare activity of subscribing festival gifts from social welfare organizations.

Sponsored the Eden Social Welfare Foundation’s 2021 “Believe in Love, Fly Slowly” charity concert, and donated NT$50 thousand to help raise funds for disadvantaged children’s services.
Participated in the “Thank You Japan”, a benevolence campaign organized by the Taiwan Heritage Foundation, and donated NT$50 thousand to express gratitude to the Japanese government for its decisive donation of vaccines.

Assist the health center of Kaohsiung Municipal Min-Sheng Hospital in screening four cancers and actively promote and encourage employees to participate the event to take care of their health and family happiness. There were total 9 employees participated in oral cancer screening, 6 in breast cancer screening, 6 in cervical cancer screening, and 5 in colorectal cancer screening.

In response to Kaohsiung City Government’s Mid-Autumn Festival gift subscription for people with disabilities event, EDT has held the “You Make the Moon Fuller” Mid-Autumn Festival charity event whereby 126 colleagues raised a total of NT$100 thousand. The fund was used to order 290 Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes from the “Kaohsiung Three Mountain Spine Reconstruction Association,” and then donated to the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government Central District Comprehensive Social Welfare Service Center to give to low-income households and elderly people living alone in Kaohsiung City.
