EDT enthusiastically participates in a blood donation event initiated by the Health Center of Cianjhen Industrial Parks and provides exquisite gifts. A total of 365 people donated blood including 26 EDT’s colleagues, and raising around 130,000CC. EDT has sponsored a total of 556 gifts, hoping to attract more people sharing great love to help others.

Sponsoring the “Nibun Chorus” to participate in the 13th World Choir Games (WCG) held in New Zealand in 2024 with a funding of NT$200,000. The chorus not only won a number of medals in the competition, let the world know about Taiwan, but also encourage rural students to participate in art activities through music, so that local youth can focus on their hometown and give back to their hometown.


EDT purchased a total of NT$50,000 in tickets to sponsor the exhibition –“Capturing the Moment” held by Kaohsiung Museum of Fine Arts, and encouraged employees to request tickets to visit the exhibition to promote art and cultural appreciation.

EDT has been invited to participate in the blood donation event hosted by the neighboring company and provided 191 exquisite gifts, including 23 blood donations from colleagues. It attracted 119 people to donate blood, and a total of 43,500 c.c. of blood were donated. We look forward to working with our partners in the industrial park to make a contribution to the society through the participation of public welfare affairs.


EDT has donated four air conditioners amounting NT$174,100 to the Cianjhen Branch of the Kaohsiung City Government Fire Department to improve the comfort of the firefighters’ rest environment and comfort the firefighters for their hard work in carrying out various disaster rescue and rescue work.

EDT called on 112 colleagues to raise a total of NT$100,000 to purchase 350 boxes of Mid-Autumn Festival gifts from the Kaohsiung Branch of Genesis Social Welfare Foundation and then donate them to the Social Affairs Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government to be passed on to citizens in need of care in response to the subscription of social welfare groups Mid-Autumn Festival gift charity event.

Since EDT is headquartered in Kaohsiung and attaches great importance to the “biodiversity” (animal and plant restoration plan) in Kaohsiung, EDT has donated NT$50,000 to the “Conservation Project of Pheasant-tailed Jacana in Meinong Lake” of the Kaohsiung Wild Bird Society, and indirectly helped more Pheasant-tailed Jacana to take root in Meinong through the adoption and management of habitats by the Wild Bird Society.


The “2024 Rotary Cup Parent-Child Road Run” is an ESG-oriented event that focuses on low carbon, care and friendliness, encouraging adults to join hands with children in outdoor sports, so as to strengthen the emotional communication between parents and children and shape a happy family. In addition to donating about NT$110,000 to the Rotary Club, the organizer of the event, EDT also participated in the road run with 108 colleagues to promote the sports culture of the whole society and improve the public health.

Road running has become a national sport. EDT donated NT$500 thousand to the Kaohsiung Marathon Federation and expected to promote people’s health through the combination of road running and public welfare.


Donate 83 computers to participate in the ASUS Foundation’s “The Second Life for Computers – Empowering People in Need” activity. Through the assistance of foundation, the recycled PCs with refurbished information are donated to disadvantaged groups, an effort to eliminate the digital gap and to achieve a win-win situation for environmental protection and social welfare at the same time.


Under EDT’s efforts, 119 colleagues raised a total of NT$100,000 to order 334 Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes, and donated them to the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, and then the bureau distributed to people in need. This move represents a response to the city government’s public welfare activity of subscribing festival gifts from social welfare organizations.

Under EDT’s efforts, 112 colleagues raised a total of NT$100,000 to order Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes from the “Kaohsiung Down Syndrome Joy Association“, and donated them to the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government, and then the bureau distributed to people in need. This move represents a response to the city government’s public welfare activity of subscribing festival gifts from social welfare organizations.

A total of 228 people donated blood including 12 EDT’s colleagues, and raising a total of 84,250CC. EDT has sponsored a total of 333 gifts, hoping to attract more people sharing great love to help others.


Participated in the activity “The Second Life for Computers – Empowering People in Need” held by ASUS Foundation, and donated a total of 152 monitors, 77 keyboards, and 83 mouses. In addition, through ASUS Foundation, refurbished recycled information products are donated to disadvantaged groups, eliminating the digital gap and achieving a win-win situation for environmental protection and social welfare.


EDT was actively involved and provided free gifts in a blood donation event initiated by neighborhood companies. 10 colleagues had participated in blood donation and 254 gifts were sponsored. We look forward to working with our partners in this industrial park to participate in public welfare affairs and make a contribution to the society under the epidemic.

Assist the health center of Kaohsiung Municipal Min-Sheng Hospital in screening four cancers and actively promote and encourage employees to participate the event to take care of their health and family happiness. There were total 9 employees participated in oral cancer screening, 6 in breast cancer screening, 6 in cervical cancer screening, and 5 in colorectal cancer screening.

In response to the cross-departmental greenhouse gas reduction activity promoted by the Environmental Protection Bureau of the Kaohsiung City Government, EDT donated NT$50 thousand to replace energy-saving lamps of the Kaohsiung Municipal Chung Cheng Industrial Vocational High School.

The fund was used to order 390 Mid-Autumn Festival gift boxes from the “Youth-Care-Center Kaohsiung”, and then donated to the Social Affairs Bureau of Kaohsiung City Government Central District Comprehensive Social Welfare Service Center to give to low-income households and elderly people living alone in Kaohsiung City.
